DURAN LEVINSON
Excerpts from a holiday, an analogue eye for asia
巴比倫-魔鬼 / 十二月-任性
Photographer and filmmaker Duran Levinson has a history of travelling on work holidays, traversing the globe and documenting the people and places he encounters along the way.
His style is experimental and impossible to pin down, and his latest collection of work photographed across Hong Kong and Vietnam spans architectural shots, street photography and portraiture.

All the images were shot on a single Contax T2 point & shoot camera and feature love for detail and a lot of rockstar feeling. All the photographs are art directed and styled by himself. |
“When I think of analog photography, I think of Hong Kong. When I want to take creative photos I want to take them in Hong Kong. The bustling megacity never stops and the clash of old and new cultures makes it one of the most interesting places in Asia to me."
